Warranty and Maintenance

All pianos come with a 5 year full warranty through Yamaha as well as a 5 year extended warranty giving you a full decade of coverage. The warranty policy covers both parts and labor. One of the benefits of owning a Clavinova is that there is no maintenance or tuning required and they almost never require service. In the rare case that you notice any flaws in functionality, please call our customer support line and we will have certified digital piano technicians in your area contact you to schedule the repair.

Shipping

If the piano is in stock, it will be shipped the day after you place your order via an LTL carrier such as fed ex, Saia, Forward Air, etc.. You will receive a tracking link the day after the piano ships. Depending on your location, your piano will arrive within 5-10 business days.

Assembly

You will be responsible for assembly but there are only a few main parts to put together and it only requires a screwdriver. Many of our customers elect to hire a furniture assembly person or handy man to assist. Yelp is a good resource. It’s an easy job and the average cost is about $100. 

Returns

We have a 14 day return policy. Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all accessories, documentation, and packaging materials. Remember that if your order was shipped for free under our free shipping promo, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your return credit.
