We are hiring for two positions - One full time (The Piano Guys Piano Store), and one part time (My First Piano). The skill set required is similar for both jobs.
The Piano Guys Piano Store is the largest seller of Clavinova and Hybrid digital pianos in the country and we've built a culture where excellence, relational IQ, creativity, humor and communication are all highly valued. We treat team members like family and the atmosphere is pretty laid back even though the pace of work is fairly brisk!
We're hiring for a unique e-commerce position which would entail selling pianos via phone / chat / email and text, as well as post-sale customer service, shipping, and logistics.
Must have an innate talent for written and verbal communication as well as a passion for piano and music. Once you are trained on product and sales tactics, you will be responding to live chats, texts and emails, often in real time, with the purpose of matching the needs of the customer with the right product. The primary goal being to sell instruments, represent the Yamaha / Piano Guys brand well, and follow through on the shipping and logistics. We're looking for personality, integrity, writing and sales ability, positivity, and a love for music.
LOCATION - We are located near downtown Gilbert AZ.
WORK HOURS -
Full time position - Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
Part Time position - 3 days a week with flexible hours.
Full time position pay - $15-$17 to start with multiple pay raises / bonus pay during year one. Full benefits package after one year. (Full time only)
Part time position pay - $13-$15 per hour plus commissions.
